Our Company's History
In 2002 two software engineers which later became three started a software company to develop custom software solutions for businesses in Vancouver, British Columbia. Among other projects, a new proposal for restaurant software was needed. This restaurant like many others, needed a flexible and custom interface that could handle multiple languages, large modification menu, take out, delivery and more. The owner's son, who managed the restaurant system wanted to ensure it was easy for staff to quickly learn and use and for himself to make daily changes. Ultimately a system where you had the freedom to step out of the restaurant and still have full access and ability to watch over, view reports, or make changes remotely without disturbing current operations.
At that time, there was a limited number of companies in the market that offered this type of system or had the software specifics and service for independent operators. Auphan Dining was developed and has continually improved with new features and capabilities relevant to customers that operate various operations. Through word of mouth and continual development, Auphan's restaurant and quick service product capabilities and service team grew. Expanding from Vancouver BC, to Washington, Los Angeles and eastern parts of United States and internationally to include Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Shanghai and other cities in Asia.
Today our systems are managed by our corporate distribution and installation network and can be seen at distinguished fine dining and casual restaurants, fast food chains, bakeries, bars, night clubs, park concessions, school cafeterias, public attractions, hotels, food courts, casual drive-thru, cafes, and quick service establishments.
