Sales Department

Auphan's sales team is committed to delivering the best point-of-sale solution to the food and beverage industry. We are looking for ambitious sales representatives with the ability to offer solutions and are keen in helping customers improve their technology use at their store. If you love to meet people, are able to build rapport, handle managing multiple accounts, learn new software, and are interested in technology this may be a great fit for you. Those that excel may move forward to become district managers in their chosen area of interest.

Software Engineering

Our engineering and development team is our front line for innovation. Our ideal candidates enjoy working through all stages of development, deployment, improvements in our products. If you are smart, creative, and a problem solver we want you.

Customer Technical Support

Our customer support team plays an important role in communicating and supporting our customers through the telephone, remote, and onsite service. Our dedicated call centers in North America and Asia provide 24/7 telephone and remote support to our users. Our goal for our support team is to ensure solutions are resolved in a timely manner and making sure problems do not reoccur. If you have good technical, problem solving, hardware knowledge, and customer service skills we are looking for you.

Installation and Support Technicians

Our technicians assist clients in hardware installation and maintenance of their business. We are looking for energetic individuals to perform hardware installation, simple wiring, and training for staff. Applicants must exhibit knowledge and capacity to learn to assemble, disassemble computers, hardware, networking knowledge, and have excellent customer service skills and time management skills.

Marketing and Design

Our marketing team works with the sales and engineering team to support design, idea generation, and creation of marketing materials for the team and social media. From graphic design, customer specific design, user interface development and attendance at tradeshows. We are looking for individuals who are able to go the extra mile to get things done for every project.
